	You will need: Duck® brand duct tape Scissors or utility knife Ruler or measuring tape Pen or permanent marker Pop Can Cutting board or protective surface
	Step 1: Choose your favorite color(s) of duct tape and cut six strips of tape that measure four-inches in length. Use these six strips to create a duct tape fabric. (See placemat instructions, steps 2-9 for fabric instructions.)
	Step 2: With a pen or permanent marker, trace the base of the pop can onto the fabric. Cut out the circle.
	Step 3: Cut 12 strips of duct tape, each measuring five-inches in length. Use these 12 strips to create a duct tape fabric as done in step 1.
	Step 4: Roll the fabric into a circular shape that will fit around a pop can. Secure the seam with duct tape.
	Step 5: Using small pieces of one-inch size duct tape, attach the circular base to one of the open ends of the cylinder. You may need to secure the base from the inside of the cup holder as well.
	Step 6: Decorate as you see fit. Sit back and enjoy a cool and refreshing beverage!
	Step 7: Fold down the opposite end of the cylinder and close off the top with a piece of tape as done in Step 4.
	Step 8: Add decorations with different colors and designs.
